Your email address:

• We only record and use your email address to communicate details of upcoming events at Jo & David's Atlantic Canada Swingers Parties.
• We do not give, loan or sell your email address to any other person or organization, nor have we ever in the past given, loaned, shared or sold email addresses with other companies.
• We will remove all traces of your email address and all other information we hold about you, except for men on our blacklist, upon a request received from the said email address.
• The only email addresses we publish are those of single men who fail to show up at a play date or party without cancelling.
• By booking and then failing to show you have granted us permission to publish your email address.
• The email of offending men will be published on the Blacklist on the page Single Men.

Your Telephone Number

• We only retain your WhatsApp/Telegram number for communicating details about upcoming events at Jo & David's Atlantic Canada Swingers Parties.
• The number is only stored with your Nickname on the party phone.
• We do not give, loan, sell or share your Telephone Number to any other person or organization, nor have we ever in the past given, loaned, shared or sold telephone Numbers with other companies.
• We will delete your number from our telephone if you send us a WhatsApp or SMS message asking us to delete it.

Covid Information

• We are required to retain your names, telephone numbers and Covid vaccination status for contact tracing purposes.
• This information will be discarded 21 days after the last party you attend
  • unless we are required to retain them for longer by government, local government or health department guidelines.
  • unless you want us to retain the information for future parties so that you do not have to present the information at each event.
