Most of the following is just common sense and decency.

Section 1 - For the Ladies

Ladies, this is your night, relax browse the men and have fun, be spoiled for choice and tick off some fantasies

• Dress nicely in sexy dresses, or lingerie or be brave and go naked.
• Leave all valuables in a locker and wear the key, or ask your partner to look after your key. You do not want to be worrying about the location of your handbag when you have 3 or 4 men with hard-ons waiting to play with you!
• Only have sex with people you want to play with.
• Say No to people who try to join in with you unless you want to play.
• If anyone ignores you saying No, shout No or Stop until help arrives.
• If you are a squirter please take some extra towels to protect the beds. The mattresses all have protectors on, but the people following you into the room will not want to play in a wet spot.
• There are spare towels in the locker room and the top and middle bathrooms.
• If you are half of a couple please discuss and agree your boundaries with your partner before you arrive to avoid any uncomfortable situations.

Can I ask the men for money to play with me?

• Absolutely Not.
• This is a swingers event. Swinging and Prostitution are not the same.
• Anyone asking for payment for sex will be asked to leave the party.

Section 2 - For the Gentlemen

Gentlemen, Always Be Polite and Respectful.

The Ladies Make The Rules - Listen to them!

As always, No or stop always means NO or STOP.

• None of the ladies are employed to play with the men, they are all swingers who happen to be greedy girls.
• The ladies are allowed to choose who they play with.
• The ladies are greedy girls, so they like to play with several men, sometimes in a group, sometimes several times in a one on one situation.
• The number of men that a lady plays with is her choice.
• Be sociable, talk to the ladies and couples in the Bar, Lounge or Kitchen, don't stand in a corner drinking and then as soon as people go to a room tag along expecting to be invited to join the fun.
• Be polite and talk to the husbands/partners/wives as well as the ladies, a wife is not going to play with you if you are rude to, ignore or insult her partner.
• We ask that you treat other guests with respect and acknowledge their boundaries at all times. Ask politely if you would like to socialise with them and accept it gracefully if someone declines your request.
• As with all swinging events, the couples and ladies are there to fulfil their fantasies, not yours. So listen to what the lady says she wants and stay within her boundaries.
• Don't smack, hair pull, choke, spit on or call the ladies names - unless the lady asks you to.
• Not all ladies like rough sex, so respond to their lead, if they say "Harder" or "Rougher" then obey, if they ask you to be less rough please calm down.
• Normal party rules apply at all times:
  • Except that we have an open door policy at our Greedy Girls Events. If you encounter a closed door you may open it.
  • If you touch the lady and she encourages you to join in, then do so. If she pushes you away or says no, please leave her to play.
  • If you persist in trying to join in with the lady after being told no, we will ask you to leave the party.
  • Be well-groomed and be on time!
    • If you turn up looking like you have walked off a construction site we reserve the right not to admit you.
    • Shower and dress in clean clothes before leaving home.
    • There are 3 showers you can use if you need to shower when you get here or during the evening.
    • The dress code is below.
• Don't keep commenting on "It took me x hours to get here!" this is not going to make you attractive to the ladies, and they won't give a fuck, and they won't give you a fuck just because you travelled a long way.

What should you wear?

• We have made it simple for the men. 
• You can either wear a pair of fetish underwear, a towel, a mini skirt, walk around naked, or borrow a bar apron.
• Street clothes are not allowed in the bar, lounge or playrooms.
• There are enough lockers for you to store your clothes, wallets, phones and keys.
• Please carry a towel to sit on when you are naked. Extra towels can be found in the locker room.

Don't be a Creep!

• At one party a male guest sat on a high stool at the dining table surrounded by guests who were trying to eat, he proceeded to have a wank staring at one of the female guests.

• Do not hang around the gardens or driveway to try and talk to people leaving the party. They do not want to be hassled. Talk to them in the bar, lounge of dining area.

• This event is not a bukkake, unless invited to do so, do not stand and wank and then come over the lady while she is playing with someone else.

• Don't stand and stare at a woman/women/couple. Staring at the women makes them feel uncomfortable and uneasy. This is one of the biggest things that ladies mention as being a turn off. It just creeps them out. If they leave, the party will become a “sausage fest” and no-one will get any action!

• Don't loiter in the locker room. Change and get out. You will see plenty of naked people around the house.

• Unless you have been invited, don't try following ladies into the bathrooms.

• Don't just stand in an empty playroom, people are unlikely to join a single man in a room. If you want to play, talk to the ladies. If they are interested in you they will ask you to join them in a playroom.

• Don't stand at the bar wanking, Jo or Tanya will probably reward you with a bucket of ice water.

• Any guys reported to the hosts as being creeps will not be allowed at any future events.

As with any swinging event, sex is NOT guaranteed.

• The ladies are at the event to have fun. 
• They will have sex with men they are attracted to:
  • Physically: Smell nice, shower, trim your body and face hair, someone who looks groomed is going to be more popular than a slob. 
  • Mentally: Talk to the ladies, be complimentary, humorous, charming.
• The donations guests make are to support the running of the event and is not pro rata. Should you choose to leave earlier or you are requested to do so, you are not entitled to a full or partial refund.
• You are not entitled to a refund if you do not get any action, the donation is to cover running costs, you are not paying to have sex.

Can I Pay a Girl to Play With Me?

• No. None of the ladies are escorts, call girls or prostitutes.
• We will remove anybody we find are being paid to have sex at the party.

Section 3 - For Everyone

Are there any extra costs?

• No. Your entry donation covers snacks, all your drinks, showers, use of towels and use of a locker.
• Extras such a Kamagra or purchases from Sasha's sex shop are extra.

Keep the rooms clear

• Due to the limited number of playrooms, we have an open door policy at these events. You may open the door if it is closed.
• When you have finished playing retire to the lounge, bar or dining area. Other people will be waiting for the playroom.
• Please straighten the bed, place all used condoms, tissues and wipes in the bins provided.
• Put soiled towels into the hamper in the locker room, the tub in the top bathroom or the hamper in the basement bathroom.

Where Can We Play?

• There are 4 playrooms with beds
• The lounge is an open play area for exhibitionists.
• The small lounge area at the end of the bar is also a play area.
• Petting is allowed in the bar area.
• The dining area is a safe zone - no sex on the table please!

Can I take Photos?

• No, NO, NO
• Please leave your mobile/cell phone and any other image or sound recording devices in your locker.
• If you are seen with a recording device of any kind we will ask to check your phone/camera and delete any photos taken in or around the house.

Can I smoke, take drugs?

• Smoking, vaping and cannabis are not allowed in the house.
• You may smoke/vape cigarettes and cannabis outside on the back deck.
• No hard drugs will be tolerated.

Must I use a Condom?

• Even though the preference of the hosts is for bare back sex, we recommend the use of a condom for all sexual activity.
• The use or non use of a condom is negotiated between the participants.
• We do not force people to use condoms, we leave it to your personal choice.
• If either party wants a condom to be used, then one should be used.
• We have a small supply of condoms in case people run out, but please make sure you bring some condoms with you.
• "Stealthing" (the removal of a condom during sexual intercourse by the man after agreeing to use one) is legally regarded as a sexual assault.
